I believe there hasn't been enough moisture to alleviate the drought in Texas. I think Ohio, though, is no longer in a drought.

Oh for chrissake. Stronger gun control laws won't stop ALL gun crimes, but they will lower the number. That has been proven in country after country in which they have been initiated.
